Try  waterfall abseiling or the gentler version - gorge walking, just half an hour away from Le Castelet. On this half-day outing, you’ll go swimming in natural pools, sliding, jumping and abseiling. When you get back, you can enjoy the sauna or have a relaxing massage

♦ For gorge walking, your guide will be with you every step of the way, taking you to natural swimming pools and waterfalls. Sliding and jumping are optional. There are two possible routes: a two and a half hour one or a three and a half hour one.

♦ If you opt for waterfall abseiling, you and your coach will set off on foot to the canyon, and begin your descent involving sliding, jumping, swimming and abseiling.

♦ After such an energetic afternoon, you can relax in the sauna before a delicious dinner.

All equipment is provided (wetsuit, harness, helmet, etc.)

Trainers, swimming costume and towel are essential. You will need to know how to swim for both these activities.
